Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in computing infrastructure, networking, OS, or hardware.
• 2 years in managing technical teams, vendor or contract delivery.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Center Technicians; set and communicate priorities.
• Partner with teams to meet goals and manage facility activities and strategies.
• Maintain and improve security and operational procedures; analyze trends for improvements.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
• Support EHS and compliance programs; investigate and report incidents.
