Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Operations Support Technician to support the Navy NETC Data Center in Pensacola, FL. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, on-call availability, accurate documentation, visitation control, and DRMO processing.

You will work on site supporting facilities, logs, and access for authorized personnel. Ideal candidates will hold an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, with a DoD 8570 certification or a qualifying bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 3 years of general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data center environment.
• Monitor operational status of production and development assets.
• Document visitation to the facilities.
• Maintain visitor logs and provide facilities access to approved personnel.
• Receive packages from the warehouse.
• Review SOPs, logs and video surveillance.
• Provide on-call support to personnel who need facilities access.
• Process equipment for DRMO/destruction.
