Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy Client on a program onsite in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification required or qualifying Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of general experience in software, systems, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
