• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical rack-and-stack deployments and structured cabling in production data centers.
• Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and network faults; replace faulty components.
• Manage operational tickets and coordinate with Remote Hands and engineering teams.
• Maintain asset tracking and support up to 50% travel domestically and internationally.
