This role focuses on supporting data center operations with emphasis on electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems to maintain high availability and safety. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot critical systems, and collaborate across operations, engineering, and customer teams to ensure reliable performance, safe practices, and adherence to

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical electrical and mechanical systems within data centers.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, and customer teams to ensure high availability and safety.
• Maintain and operate systems including generators, HVAC, fire suppression, BAS/BMS, and cabling infrastructure.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with fire life safety and electrical standards.
• Work onsite during the swing shift hours, ensuring seamless operations.
