Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Critical Operations Engineer I for the Swing Shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) to operate and monitor critical data center systems. You will support electrical, mechanical, and life-safety infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability in a mission-critical environment.

You will perform routine operational tasks, respond to alarms, and work with teams and vendors to maintain performance. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Perform facility inspections, respond to abnormal conditions, document findings.
• Track, trend, and analyze system performance; manage work orders with CMMS.
