Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, and/or fire suppression systems
• Ability to bend, twist, climb, and work on ladders in varying environments
• Willingness to work longer shifts and participate in on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and life-safety equipment for 24/7 reliability
• Monitor BMS and EPMS systems and troubleshoot facility events within SLAs
• Perform rack installs/decommissioning and PM, fault analysis, and repair tasks
• Prepare change-management documentation and coordinate with vendors onsite
• Support multiple locations and adapt to shift schedules including weekends
