Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years in business strategy, operations, or program management focused on processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier for field teams by eliminating bottlenecks and friction.
• Own the end-to-end OKR process, tracking and aligning objectives.
• Organize regular meetings to keep the organization aligned and blockers cleared.
• Build partnerships across cross-functional groups to drive improvements.
