Job summary

Serverfarm, a leading data-center developer and operator, is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join our Houston-based team. This role supports security, purchases, training coordination, invoicing, audits, and reporting across multiple site locations.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, while contributing to process improvements and a growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the security desk and validate visitors and vendors.
• Create all site-related Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate annual training with NA Admins and Site Directors.
• Review and validate invoices in support of budgets.
• Participate in site budget meetings and annual budget creation.
• Assist in audit preparation and document gathering.
• Record meeting minutes and support site staff meetings.
• Manage and order site supplies to maintain inventory.
• Support regular client reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
