Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience supervising and mentoring teams in a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical physical infrastructure to maintain high availability.
• Manage on-site teams of 24x7 technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Drive safety and security culture and compliance.
• Hire, coach, and promote team members; manage performance.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures.
• Lead improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Act as escalation point for facilities-related issues.
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls.
