Job summary

Datacenter People is seeking a Procurement & Site Services Coordinator for our Manchester facility. You will review supplier quotations, place orders and track delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget commitments. You will manage the PPM programme, onboard new suppliers and maintain compliant documentation.

You will cooperate with compliance, legal and risk teams to resolve supplier issues and support governance with accurate cost, timelines and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ administrative or coordination experience in a data centre, facilities or technical environment.
• Experience reviewing supplier quotations for cost, timescale and deliverability.
• Experience placing and managing purchase orders through to delivery.
• Experience managing a supply chain for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with FM systems (P2P, CAFM).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate supplier quotations for cost, timescale and deliverability.
• Place orders with suppliers and contractors and track through to delivery.
• Maintain visibility of works in progress and escalate risks to management.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders for FM providers and subcontractors.
• Manage the PPM programme across the Manchester portfolio.
• Onboard new suppliers and coordinate due diligence checks.
• Consolidate supplier and maintenance contracts as portfolio grows.
• Maintain compliance records, permits and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure supplier documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Support governance and compliance, including risk, insurance and training records.
