Job summary

Core Scientific is seeking a Data Center Operations I Manager to provide direct supervision to HPC Data Center Technicians and support site operations across our data center footprint. You will guide teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects meet schedules while maintaining professional standards.

This onsite role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in data centers, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of data center experience.
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to HPC Data Center Technicians and support site operations.
• Ensure projects and maintenance meet schedules and standards.
• Oversee payroll, hiring/firing, reviews, coaching, and development.
• Coordinate testing and project maintenance.
• Plan, budget, and allocate resources for data center projects.
