Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead the MEP critical infrastructure engineering team responsible for preventative maintenance, operations, and emergency repairs in client environments. The role focuses on uptime, staff leadership, and on-site client relationships.

You will oversee facilities equipment like UPS, chillers, and generators, manage RAMS, and ensure tasks align with MSAs and client expectations in a fast-paced data center setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical teams in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility engineers and technicians, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee PMs, work orders, and SLA compliance to meet MSAs and SLAs.
• Be the on-site point of contact for the client and manage stakeholder relations.
• Verify UPS, chillers, generators deployments and IT power allocations meet timelines.
• Prepare RAMS and Method Statements for maintenance activities and obtain approvals.
