Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day engineering operations across a flagship campus in North America. You will drive uptime, reliability and exceptional customer experience, overseeing Critical Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, and Technicians.

You will partner with senior leadership on operational strategy, manage budgets, and coach high-performing teams while maintaining world-class safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering operations within mission-critical facilities.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of critical operations, ensuring maximum uptime, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience across a state-of-the-art data center campus.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll influence operational strategy while leading a team of experienced Critical Facility Managers, Chief Engineers and Critical Facilities Technicians.
