Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking a seasoned Data Center Operations Manager in Moses Lake, WA to lead on-site facilities management for a growing global portfolio. You will drive reliability, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and sustaining high standards across MEP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center ops; 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to defined criteria.
• Understanding of data center environments and restrictions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of data center facilities.
• Provide leadership, management, and development to ensure commitments are met and exceeded.
• Support SFCFS teams and stakeholders with technical input to enhance credibility.
• Ensure safety of all personnel and equipment onsite.
• Own MEP operations across the Serverfarm Data Center.
• Ensure all MEP plant operates within defined capacity standards.
• Ensure site activities align with Serverfarm policies and guidelines.
