Job summary

Edged is seeking a Site Operations leader to manage a team of facility technicians across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire life safety systems. You will oversee maintenance planning, compliance with policies and standards, and proactive reliability initiatives.

You will lead audits, training, and reporting to ensure uptime and regulatory alignment, while coordinating with IT, Projects, and vendors for safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data center, critical facilities, or mission-critical environments.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire life safety systems.
• Experience with CMMS, BMS, and other monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams under pressure and deliver results in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of facility technicians to high performance and growth.
• Oversee shift coverage, work assignments, and resource allocation for readiness and reliability.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for career development.
• Foster a safety-focused, compliant culture across operations.
• Report staffing and operational metrics to the Site Operations Manager.
