Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Marshfield, MO to lead data center operations, safety, and vendor management. You will oversee uptime, incident response, and CAPA initiatives while guiding a team of site operations personnel.

The role requires 7+ years in critical facilities with 3+ years of leadership, plus strong electrical/mechanical infrastructure knowledge and experience with CMMS and DCIM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years in critical facilities or data center operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in data centers.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with LOTO, electrical safety, and permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day data center operations for uptime and reliability.
• Lead and develop site operations personnel and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain operating procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Escalation point for incidents; drive RCA and CAPA plans.
• Oversee maintenance of critical systems and capacity planning.
• Manage safety, compliance, audits, and vendor SLAs.
• Provide reporting on site performance and improvements.
