Qualifications

• Associate degree or related technical training or equivalent experience.
• 9 years of data center operations or related operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and support data center facilities conditions.
• Manage heating, cooling, power, generators, UPS and electrical distribution.
• Inspect, maintain and repair data center systems.
• Develop cost-saving improvements while ensuring safety standards.
• Lead incident response to minimize downtime across the site.
