Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, OH, is seeking a Data Center Dock Supervisor for the C shift (M-Th 8pm-4:30am). You will supervise production associates, oversee inventory controls, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple systems and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 3–6 years in material handling. Base pay ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production associates performing loading/unloading of freight and assembling server racks.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns.
• Monitors safety and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
