The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure and at least 5 years in management. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding your team through hardware lifecycles, and managing complex infrastructure deployments.

Salary ranges from $138,000 to $201,000, plus bonuses and equity. This position requires excellent strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to manage remote teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
• 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals and set individual and team priorities.
• Partner with teams to meet goals and manage facility activities.
• Maintain security and operational procedures and track trends for improvements.
• Repair, fix, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and servers.
• Support the implementation of EHS and other compliance programs.
