Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field and 2+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or data center operations; or equivalent experience.
• Proven troubleshooting ability across hardware, infrastructure and system-level issues.
• Experience implementing technology solutions and managing operational priorities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure reliability and availability.
• Respond to alerts, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical incidents.
• Perform system maintenance including patching, firmware updates, and health checks.
• Coordinate server installations, rack deployments, cabling, and lifecycle activities.
• Support power, cooling, and rack space capacity planning.
• Execute infrastructure changes through change management processes.
• Maintain documentation and develop knowledge base for procedures.
