Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Senior AI Data Center Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and operate high-performance networks for large-scale GPU clusters in the US. You will design Spine-Leaf architectures, manage InfiniBand/RoCEv2 fabrics, and integrate with Kubernetes, DevOps tooling, and hybrid cloud environments.

The role requires 8–10 years in data center networking, deep TCP/IP expertise, and fluency in English and Chinese to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Networking or related field.
8–10 years of experience in large-scale data center network operations.
Deep expertise in TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF/ISIS, and VXLAN EVPN.
Experience with InfiniBand, RoCEv2, PFC/ECN, NCCL timeouts.
Experience with Cisco Nexus / NVIDIA/Mellanox / Juniper gear.
Scripting in Python, Ansible, Terraform; Linux administration.
Kubernetes networking (CNI) and cloud-native architectures.
Fluent English and Chinese for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Architect scalable, high-availability network solutions for AI Cloud Data Centers using Spine-Leaf, DCN, DCI and VXLAN EVPN.
Design, deploy, and optimize GPU clusters with InfiniBand and RoCEv2 fabrics; configure NVIDIA Spectrum/Quantum switches.
Lead deep-dive investigations into network issues affecting AI workloads (RDMA loss, congestion, latency).
Develop network automation tools with Python, Ansible, Terraform for IaC.
Monitor fabric health with NVIDIA UFM, NetQ, Zabbix, Prometheus for real-time telemetry.
Support Kubernetes/Docker container networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Lead incident response, capacity planning, firmware upgrades, and RCA.
