Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior AI Data Center Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate high-performance networks for our AI Cloud data centers in the US. You will architect spine-leaf, DCN, DCI, and backbone networks using VXLAN EVPN and SDN, ensuring low latency for large-scale GPU clusters.

You will drive automation with Python, Ansible, and Terraform, and work with Perimeter monitoring tools to guarantee fabric health and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Network Eng, Telecom, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in large-scale data center network ops, architecture, and engineering.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS and VXLAN EVPN.
• Hands-on with InfiniBand, RoCEv2, PFC/ECN, NCCL and data center switches.
• Proficiency with Linux, Python, Ansible, Terraform, and scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes container networking (CNI) and cloud-native architectures.
• English and Chinese fluency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high-availability networks for AI Cloud data centers.
• Design and deploy GPU clusters using InfiniBand and RoCEv2 fabrics.
• Lead investigations into complex network issues affecting AI workloads.
• Develop network automation via Python, Ansible, and Terraform (IaC).
• Monitor fabric health with NetQ, Zabbix, and Prometheus.
• Support Kubernetes/Docker networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Lead changes, capacity upgrades, and RCA post- incidents.
