Job summary

CCS INC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to assist Data Center Managers in maintaining electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems to meet uptime objectives.

You will manage MEP systems (HVAC, UPS, ATS, generators), support floor space and cabinet power, oversee vendor-led maintenance, ensure change management and incident ticketing processes, and maintain inventory and security protocols.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or 10 years relevant experience) with MEP/HVAC exposure.
• 3–5 years managing APC DCE/ITA and Vertiv SiteScan environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, UPS, ATS, and generator functions/alarming.
• 3+ years in an administrative/systems capacity.
• Experience with incident ticketing and change management tools.
• Strong communication skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
