Responsibilities include creating runbooks, governance for documentation, and aligning training materials with infrastructure changes, while driving continuous improvement across global sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations, technical support, or engineering.
• Understanding of power, cooling, cabling, and connectivity.
• Knowledge of OCI and cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
• Experience creating runbooks, knowledge articles, and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and engineering docs.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
• Identify gaps and standardize workflows.
• Design new processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and SMEs.
• Establish documentation governance and review processes.
• Refresh training content to reflect changes.
• Edit SCORM-based training packages.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and incident trends.
• Lead documentation efforts from incidents and deployments.
• Apply ITSM disciplines; ITIL experience preferred.
• Support region builds and expansions to meet goals.
• Liaise with project teams to manage timelines.
• Ensure safety and readiness during builds.
• Oversee installations, repairs, and logistics.
• Guide replacements/upgrades and site improvements.
