Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Data Center Network Service Delivery Manager to support the Texas DIR. This role provides network service delivery leadership across the Austin Data Center, San Angelo Data Center, and CyrusOne colocation nodes in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center networking, with leadership roles.
• 8+ years of enterprise data center networking experience.
• Strong design/ops experience with MPLS, BGP, OSPF.
• Cisco data center platform experience: ASR routers and Nexus switches.
• SDN design and operations experience.
• Firewall management and network security operations.
• Experience in multi-tenant environments with VRF and MPLS.
• Understanding of enterprise data center architecture, routing, switching, security and connectivity.
• Experience with high-availability network environments and complex service delivery.
• Must be a US Citizen and capable of government contracting work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for data center network services across multiple sites.
• Manage DCN Ring operations and a multi-site MPLS network.
• Oversee LAN, data center, and firewall environments across several data centers.
• Manage CyrusOne colocation nodes and public cloud connectivity (Azure/Government, AWS).
• Oversee ~60 Gbps cloud connectivity via Megaport and ~40–50 VRFs.
• Provide operational oversight of routing (OSPF, MPLS, MP-BGP, BFD) and SDN evolution.
• Lead automated firewall rule management and remote access infrastructure.
• Coordinate service delivery, performance, changes, incidents, and evolution.
