Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications or data center network installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of network device installation (switches, routers, optics).
• Experience with layer 1 circuit audits and port mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the network installation team for high-quality execution.
• Oversee network patch cord installation, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage port mapping processes and hardware RMA.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of network device installations.
