Amazon is seeking a Network Install Technician for the DCC Communities in Sparks, NV. You will move and install large enterprise equipment, install fiber and copper cabling, and patch cabling between devices while adhering to safety and installation procedures.

The role requires travel to data center sites and 18+ months in a data center or similar setting. Compensation includes hourly pay, RSUs, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ months in a data center or similar technical environment.
• Experience with network cabling, copper and optical fiber types.
• Certifications in networking are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patching between equipment.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break-fix activities.
