Job summary

A leading technology services company based in Virginia seeks a Network Engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting a large-scale network and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of related experience. Responsibilities include managing networking gear, documenting processes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Knowledge of data center practices, IP technologies, and excellent communication skills are essential. This position requires 20% to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training in a data center environment.
• Ability to lift/move 30-40 lbs.
• Experience with enterprise and service provider network hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support a large-scale network and server infrastructure.
• Participate in project timelines for network turn-up.
• Document and follow RMA processes.
