Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting structured cabling, network deployment, or data center infrastructure.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
• Familiarity with optics, transceivers, and physical-layer networking concepts.
• Ability to read deployment documentation, rack elevations, floor plans, and network diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, label, and maintain fiber optic infrastructure supporting production and non-production environments.
• Support MPO/MTP trunk deployments, patching, and remediation activities.
• Perform fiber testing, certification, and validation using approved testing methodologies and equipment.
• Troubleshoot physical-layer connectivity issues and support fault isolation efforts.
• Verify compliance with bend radius, cable routing, and fiber management standards.
• Support contamination prevention programs, fiber inspection, and connector cleaning procedures.
