Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services seeks an Operational Readiness Lead to standardize site transitions as new sites come under EverOn operations and to lead the BRIDGE program turning existing sites into EverOn operations. You will collaborate with Compliance, Construction, Procurement, HR, EHS, IT and customer teams to ensure 100% compliance with EverOn standards and lease obligations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience required; Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mission-critical data center operations.
• Project coordination experience; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new data center sites with 100% compliance to internal standards, policies, and lease obligations.
• Coordinate transition and mobilization processes, including risk identification and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments and document findings and action plans.
• Develop and manage mobilization budgets, schedules, and program documentation; capture lessons learned.
• Drive implementation of playbooks at new sites across programs (Training, Safety, Maintenance, Documentation, Accounting).
• Act as primary contact for customers and site leadership during mobilization activities.
• Provide mentorship and technical coaching for site operations personnel.
