Qualifications

• Read and analyze blueprints and construction drawings including one-line diagrams.
• Experience operating electrical and mechanical equipment in data-center environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, accurate work for internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage ticket queue for timely requests and responses.
• Update documentation and reports with progress and outcomes.
• Install and terminate network, access control, and communication wiring.
• Support power infrastructure and deployment; provide remote hands and eyes support.
