Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Direct experience with data center construction is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with modular skids, prefabricated MEP assemblies, or off-site fabrication and installation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating modular equipment from fabrication through site installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and coordination models.
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, procurement, quality control, safety requirements, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex technical scopes in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP activities for data center projects, focusing on modular skid systems and prefabricated equipment assemblies.
• Coordinate design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and integration of modular mechanical and electrical skids.
• Manage MEP schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and installation sequencing.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, fabrication, and field teams to resolve constructability issues and ensure coordination.
• Review drawings, specifications, equipment layouts, submittals, and installation details for conflicts.
• Coordinate modular skid interfaces with building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Oversee coordination of chillers, pumps, CDUs, piping, and other critical cooling equipment.
• Oversee electrical systems and equipment including switchgear, transformers, power distribution, controls, and backups.
• Monitor fabrication progress, quality control, testing, and readiness for shipment.
• Lead coordination meetings with contractors, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and design revisions.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance.
