Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced MEP Manager to coordinate procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical MEP systems for data center and advanced manufacturing projects. You will manage the MEP model, review submittals, resolve RFIs, and collaborate with subcontractors to close punch lists.

The role emphasizes leadership of Mechanical and Electrical trades, scheduling and budgeting across pre-construction through close-out, with a focus on seamless

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of estimating, procurement, and/or coordination experience on large, sophisticated MEP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of installation, BIM Modeling, and commissioning of MEP systems for data centers.
• Familiarity with Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process Vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and guide MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors.
• Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.
