The contract duration is one year with high chances of extension, offering a salary in the range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission-critical data centers.
• Proven hands-on experience with liquid cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems.
• Experience managing fast-track projects and multiple MEP trades.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC, commissioning, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite MEP coordination and field supervision.
• Oversee installation and integration of MEP and liquid cooling systems.
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field issues in real time and support project milestones.
