Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Cooling Marshal to lead cooling and mechanical systems on data center and mission-critical projects within the M/E/P Services division.

You will coordinate installation, startup readiness, commissioning readiness, and turnover, working closely with MEP superintendents, mechanical partners, controls teams, and commissioning teams. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety, documentation, and timely turnover, with travel or relocation based on

Qualifications

• Experience leading cooling or mechanical scopes on construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Experience with installation, quality control, mechanical completion, turnover, commissioning and startup.
• OSHA 30 preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Travel and/or relocation based on project needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the cooling scope from installation through startup and turnover.
• Coordinate cooling systems, installation activities and readiness with field teams and trades.
• Manage Thermal LOTO, system isolation and configuration control for cooling/mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with MEP superintendents, mechanical trades, vendors, controls, operations and commissioning teams.
• Lead quality inspections, walkdowns, punch lists and deficiency resolution.
• Support commissioning readiness, cutovers, mechanical completion, turnover and client acceptance.
• Track risks and field issues and keep work moving safely.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams as needed.
