Job summary

ZealoTech People seeks an experienced Data Center MEP Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for mission-critical data center projects. You will manage design coordination through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP construction packages for data center projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, quality, and resource risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage project change requests, claims, and variations.
• Oversee installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specs, codes, and standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to adhere to schedules and quality.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and construction documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of long-lead MEP equipment.
