Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center New Construction Mechanical/Controls Project Manager in the United States to lead hyperscale Data Center construction initiatives. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts, while coordinating design teams and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

The role requires strong MEP construction knowledge, extensive project management experience, and the ability to manage complex capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 10+ years of related project experience preferred.
• Experience in mission critical or industrial facilities project management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements and budgets.
• Manage master project timeline based on critical path and milestones.
• Coordinate design teams, pre-qualification, bids, and cost estimates.
• Monitor cash flow, change control, and schedule variances.
• Ensure safe construction practices and proper document control.
