Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center New Construction Mechanical/Controls Project Manager in the United States to lead complex hyperscale data center builds. You will drive master timelines, budgets, vendor selection, and cost control across MEP scope.

You will coordinate design teams, manage change and ensure compliance, aiming to deliver on time and within budget for critical facilities projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college; 5–7 years related project experience or 10+ years without degree.
• 10+ years mechanical systems management.
• Technical project management or coordination experience.
• Experience in mission critical or industrial facilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Master Project Timeline with Contractor/A&E teams.
• Develop Scopes of Work and assist in vendor selection.
• Develop Master Project Budget including soft and hard costs.
• Support pre-qualification, bid solicitation and evaluations.
• Coordinate design team activities and constructability reviews.
• Provide cost estimates and manage scope changes with subs/vendors.
• Monitor cash flow projections and ensure cost control.
• Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, change orders and payments.
