Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with commercial mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical plans
• Willingness to relocate to Rochester, MN area

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center facilities with focus on HVAC and mechanical systems
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and repair as needed
• Handle general building maintenance tasks including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems
