Job summary

Epic is seeking a hands-on facilities professional to maintain and improve a data center in Rochester, MN. The role requires relocation assistance and on-site work at our Minnesota campus, with year-round, full-time hours.

You will manage mechanical systems—HVAC, chillers, cooling towers—and take ownership of building operations, plumbing, fire protection, and general maintenance while coordinating with remote experts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with commercial mechanical systems.
• Experience with HVAC equipment such as chillers and cooling towers.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve a data center facility, focusing on mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers and cooling towers.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete repairs for reliability.
• Read and interpret plans and coordinate with remote SMEs as needed.
