Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with commercial mechanical systems a plus.
• Relocation to Rochester, MN area (relocation assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation and upkeep of a data center facility with a focus on mechanical systems including HVAC equipment (chillers, cooling towers).
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete repairs to ensure reliable operation.
• Take ownership of the building and general facility needs (plumbing, fire protection, fuel systems, basic maintenance).
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical plans; work independently or with remote SMEs as needed.
