Epic Hosting facilities team in Rochester, MN is seeking a hands-on professional to manage and maintain a data center. Relocation to the area is required and relocation assistance is provided.

You will contribute to guaranteed year-round, full-time hours as part of a high-availability environment. Daily duties include overseeing mechanical systems such as HVAC equipment, chillers, and cooling towers, monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with commercial mechanical systems preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment such as chillers and cooling towers is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Rochester, MN data center facility, focusing on mechanical systems and maintaining reliable, continuous operation.
• Own the building's general facility needs, including plumbing, fire protection, and fuel systems; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Identify issues, prioritize work, and act with minimal oversight while coordinating with remote SMEs when needed.
