Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a CET1 Data Center Technician to maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems in mission-critical facilities.

You will perform planned maintenance, respond to outages, and serve as a technical resource reporting to a Lead CET and Chief Engineer. The role requires a high school diploma and 10+ years of experience, with Journeyman Electrician or HVAC licenses preferred, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
• Preferred Journeyman Electrician License, Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance, with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment in data centers.
• Perform planned maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response.
• Serve as a technical resource reporting to a Lead CET and Chief Engineer.
• Interact with Customer representatives and third-party vendors.
• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and MOP/SOP documents.
