Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA, is seeking an experienced Materials Supervisor to lead our Materials team in a fast-paced data center manufacturing environment. You will oversee material flow, inventory accuracy, logistics, storeroom operations, and personnel to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands inventory accuracy, material traceability, production support, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience in materials flow and inventory accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transactions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Materials team; assign work and coach staff.
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight logistics.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking and distribution.
• Develop storeroom procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production to meet schedules and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess.
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement within Materials.
