Job summary

INDEVCO North America, Inc. seeks a Materials Manager to lead planning, inventory control, and warehousing operations in a manufacturing setting.

You will ensure FIFO compliance, high inventory accuracy, and safe material movement from receipt to production and shipment using Microsoft Dynamics AX. Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, Planning, Purchasing; leading cycle counts; enforcing DOT and OSHA safety standards; and driving continuous improvement across material flow and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in materials management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage inventory accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to support daily needs.
• Enforce FIFO practices and optimize warehouse layouts.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA safety compliance and safe material handling.
