Job summary

LINX, based at a Sunland Park project site in NM, seeks a detail-oriented Material Inventory Specialist to manage receipt, tracking, staging, and delivery of materials for data center cabling projects. You will support multiple hyperscale sites with efficient kit prep and inventory control.

Role requires 3+ years in material management or logistics, forklift certification, and strong communication with project teams and vendors. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• 3+ years of material management, logistics, or inventory control experience (telecom or construction industry preferred).
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and track incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Organize, stage, and prepare material kits for easy access.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor usage, and audit regularly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for deliveries and scheduling.
• Track shipments and adjust inventory to minimize waste.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in safety procedures.
