Job summary

LINX is seeking a meticulous Data Center Material Inventory Specialist to manage receipt, tracking, staging, and delivery of materials for network cabling projects across multiple data centers. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare material kits, and maintain precise inventory records to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in material management, forklift certification, and proficiency with inventory software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material management, logistics, or inventory control.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
• Proficient with inventory management software.
• High School Diploma; degree preferred.
• Experience in telecom or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and track incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Organize, stage, and prepare material kits for project readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and issue resolution.
• Track shipments and adjust inventory to minimize waste.
