Job summary
Tract Capital Management, LP is looking for a Data Center Integrated Master Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules for mega-scale data center projects. This role is based in Seattle and requires 5-10 years of experience in scheduling large-scale construction projects, proficiency with Primavera P6, and strong analytical and communication skills. The expected salary range is $120,000-$150,000, complemented by a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and unlimited PTO.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path methodology.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Create and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Track progress, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on timelines.
