Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Research Associate for the Data Centers, Alternatives & Practice Groups to support data collection, validation, and maintenance of market intel and client materials.

You will help produce recurring reports, prepare data tables and charts, update presentation materials, and support business development with timely information from diverse sources. Collaboration across teams and attention to accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data analytics, data science, statistics, economics, or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in research, data management, or related fields; internship experience acceptable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, formulas, pivots, data validation, and QC.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for updating charts, tables, maps, and presentations.
• Ability to work with large datasets with high accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Data Collection, Validation & Database Management: collect/verify data on data center properties, developments, and market activity.
• Reporting & Publication Support: assist in recurring market reports, exhibits, charts, and publications.
• Presentation & Market Material Maintenance: update internal/external materials with latest market data and visuals.
• Internal Research & Business Development Support: fulfill routine information requests and support BD efforts.
• Process Improvement & Operational Support: develop efficient data collection and reporting processes.
